This is the best Costa ever!!! All staff are friendly, helpful, considerate and above all welcoming. Excellent manageress and fantastic staff. Love them all. Great drinks too xx
Called in yesterday on a bus trip from Nidd Hall back to Newcastle driver said two hour stay. My husband in a wheelchair another couple husband was blind with a guide dog. Sat for about one hour with toasted sandwich and people watched the manager and her staff so friendly spoke to all customers. I did explain we couldn't walk around for so long and that made no difference to the staff. Hope the staff get recommendation from head office. Best costa coffee shop iv ever been in. Thank you.
Rather full due to the weather it was a reasonable Costa experience but I have to question why it takes so long to put hot water in two teapots. My Raspberry and Almond Bake was edible but a bit on the dry side. Had hoped upstairs might be open as that would have provided an excellent view of the square.
Nice little Costa near the town centre, with a nice view.
This Costa is a nice coffee stop. It's quite large inside and, being near a garrison town and in a market town, usually quite busy. It's bright and clean inside and the staff are very friendly and helpful - well, it is Yorkshire.

A great afternoon, great coffee and tasty mince pie. Located in a area that needs a parking disc though so if new to area please be aware of this as they do fine for not displaying disc.
Normal Costa style and service, walked around Richmond to find a decent place for a coffee, the 'traditional' cafe's were all a bit naff. You know where you are and what you get with Costa. No complaints at all, and the warm mince pies were delicious.
Not much to say really, one Costa is the same as another! Nice coffee, but not a lot of choice for vegans; unfortunately, much the same as other high street coffee shops.
Excellent coffee shop, very pleasant friendly staff, always know what we want because we go in several times a week. Consistently good coffee, much better than a lot of other Costas. We have had very disappointing coffees in others, never at Richmond. Well done! !!
Great location. Nice building. Magical views of the market Square and obelisk at Christmas time. Coffee usually good. Lovely staff. One of my favourite Costas
Clean and tidy and a comfortable atmosphere here. The girls were friendly patient and helpfull at service. Shame one of tbe toilets was out of order but hey ho. Would call in again. Thanks.
Great place to get a coffee. You can sit down, it's warm and there are toilets. It also serves great sandwiches and baked goods!
