For fresh, healthy, exotic and tasty food, Itsu is well recommended, it’s my first time eating there, the staff helpful and active, interior space is relaxing, light mood and clean furniture.
I've eaten here twice. Take away to be honest. Once it was a vegetarian rice with mint dip, avocado salad in a box. It was delicious. Today I got a vegetarian sushi box. It was just fantastic. Especially for the price.
The second time in ItSU for sushi 🍱 its was delicious 🤤 the avocado 🥑 veggie version sushi. Thanks for the vegetarian option for sushi.
The restaurant is really beautiful specially upstairs.

Good shopping stop, average sushi + ramen, healthy options. Spacious restaurant area. We like the lively atmosphere - a great place to hang out and get a quick bite to eat. Also family friendly. Kids love this place. Their finger food selection – chicken and spring onion gyozas, veggie dragon rolls and bao buns are a big hit with my friends kids. Excellent location right in the centre of the Richmond shopping circuit. Not too far from the railway station. We tried their salmon and avo rolls. Added a sesame chicken salad and my lunch companion had their gyoza miso soup and hoisin duck bao buns. No complaints there. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great food, very tasty, much healthier than the usual takeout places, very quick service, friendly staff, clean modern up to date premises, plenty of seating, including upstairs, again delicious food. Large choice. I would go here instead of Mcd’s , kfc, etc.
Value for money. Had the miso soup sushi combo. Highly recommended!

I bought the £5.99 miso and sushi deal which was excellent. It was totally fresh, especially the ginger. So good I returned for another box of sushi later on!

3. The sushi is fresh and of reasonable quality - expect to spend circa £10 on a meal

Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Itsu in Richmond, so many healthy choice with a very fresh decor...loved my lemon and ginger drink ❤️❤️
