Best run 7-11 in the VCU area. Don’t know how the other 7-11’s can be managed so poorly (bad service, employees who don’t listen to customers, store always a mess) while this one is actually a pleasure to visit. Never have had one problem with employees here. Just wanted to share my positive experiences for those affiliated with this store. I would drive the extra the distance if I need something from a convenience store to go to 7-11 on the corner of Harrison and Main Street.

This 7-11 is part of my morning routine during the school year. A strong alternative to other 7-11s in Richmond. It does have a bit of that convenience store grimy atmosphere, but hey, it's a 7-11. The staff are nice, and I don't feel unsafe while there.

Super convenient compared to other 7-Elevens. I love that this store bakes its own cookies and muffins in-house. They have a fancy coffee machine and a special machine for non-coffee hot and iced beverages. They have nitro/cold brew on tap although it's usually "out of order".
