This is probably one of my favourite reseteraunts! The burgers are great !! And you have to try the milkshakes!!!!!!!
I love this place but i cant really explain why. The food is slightly expensive but when youre there with your mates it is fun.
It's fine, burgers are good, everything else is ordinary. Go when they have a BOGOF offer then it's good value
I'm not quite sure what has happened at GBK Richmond since it's refurb but it seems to have lost a bit of it's mojo. I don't like the new colours, cold is what it makes me think, not nice and cosy. But, that's just my opinion. On the night that I visited (a Thursday) it was pretty quiet. The burgers were still good, and the service was reasonably quick although not as friendly as it was last time. A good place to line your belly before going out for the night

I simply love the GBK in Richmond because not only its location near the bars but also because every time I've gone in there the staff are so friendly!
The restaurant is relatively big and although the tables are lined up with each other you don't feel cramped. The ambience is lovely and i would recommend it for both couples and groups of friends.
Overall, if you enjoy burgers then GBK should satisfy you, their burgers are delicious and unlike take away burgers that are greasy, GBK burgers are exactly what they say Gourmet! So your sure to find a burger to suit you!

The food was delicious! I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken burger with sweet potato fries and it was so flavourful and the chicken thigh inside was huge! 👍🏻
Enjoyed a delicious classic burger, Very tasty well cooked burger with nice toppings. The burger was cooked to order. The fries were good and so was a chocolate milkshake, On top of all the the staff were very helpful, patient and friendly. The restaurant was busy but we would be seated immediately. Lots of student there as Monday to Friday GBK offers a 20% discount to students. There is a clean loo on-site.
How a burger should be; simple, and freshly cooked from quality ingredients.
The waiter deserves medal for serving all the tables by himself.
The menu is very limited - it really needs more items on the starters menu.

GBK is one of my favorite burger chains in London.
We ordered the satay chicken burger and it was delicious, the chicken is well cooked and juicy, pesto grilled chicken burger was a bit dry.
The strawberry elderflower fizzy drink is very refreshing and highly recommended, the vanilla milkshake is nice and thick.
The place was busy and they only had one waiter but he managed to serve us and he was friendly and professional.
Absolutely great experience! The burger was one of my favourites grilled chicken burgers ever! The sauce is just perfect. The staff is super nice.
The manager also came and asked if everything is alright with my order which is not very likely to see in burger places.
It was my first GBK experience and I loved it. Highly recommended and I'll come again for sure!
Service was very good and fast, food was really tasty, the lady behind the counter was really gentle and patient with a vulnerable customer. We just needed a nice big burger for a Saturday treat and got exactly what we wanted :)
GBK is somewhere I usually visit on my trips to London. So staying nearby meant that I came here two nights in a row. The food is delicious, the prices are good for London and the waiters are very helpful! As with most places they seem a little short staffed at the moment but please be courteous and understanding and you will have a lovely meal.
A cool, comfy, small branch of GBK. Staff were friendly. The food tasted great as always. I tried the Matcha Milkshake for the first time and it was amazing the Matcha was tasty. Make sure you have the GBK app downloaded so you can get free food and burger deals.
Had delicious burger and fries today. Was struggling with our Wowcher offer but the lovely assistant Aiste was so kind and helpful and talked us through it. Nothing was too much trouble for her. A lovely experience and food!
