One of the best physical book stores left on high street. Beautiful vibes, great collection of books for Adults and children's alike. +1 Staff has been so friendly I would definitely recommend this place if your are love books or not!

Waterstones Richmond is an absolutely wonderful bookstore that I highly recommend to anyone in the area. The selection of books is fantastic, and the store is always well-stocked. But what really sets Waterstones Richmond apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the books they carry. Whenever I visit the store, I always leave feeling like I've had a great experience. They always offer recommendations and help me find whatever I'm looking for. I am a regular customer, and everytime I go to the bookstore, I feel like I am home. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check out Waterstones Richmond.

Lovely staff who are always kind and very eager to help you out. Would be nice if the popular science section was a little bigger, but except for that, the store is always tidy and has a warm atmosphere.

Popped in to find Christmas presents for Amy (5) and Sam (3). My youngest grandchildren. Jackpot! Book of English kings and queens for Amy and a collection of little wooden bulldozers etc for Sam. All in about 10 minutes!
