I live close-by and this location I recently found satisfies the cravings for authentic tacos. The grilled onions on the plate are a nice touch to the raw onions already in the food. The al pastor and carnitas tacos are 🤤 will definitely go again.
The birria pizza is delicious, filling, and huge! It's basically a huge birria quesadilla, topped with more birria and cheese, plus onions, cilantro, lime, radish, and cucumber. Recently order food for mother's day on very short notice from el sabor de Guadalajara. Im very thankful that they where able to accept my order. We came for dinner. It's a hole in the wall type spot with few tables inside. Staff were kind and helpful, especially with our two young kids. Quesabirria pizza was delicious! The kids liked their food (quesadilla with rice and beans, pancakes with egg and sausage). We will be back!
The best Quesabirrias on the planet! Their consume is out of this world- savory, and portions are very generous for the cost. Modest location and place with some of the best food I've had in California.
If you want great food, you can't go wrong eating here.
