As I guy who knows the real flavor of a Quesabirria 🌮 these they sell here are 10/10 and the salsas are great here. I also recommend the "Al Pastor Super Burrito 🌯" it Is also a 10/10 the fried beans in the burrito 🌯 taste very good, my only complaint is that they gave me only a couple of small salsas in my order.

Wanted to try someplace other than my go to’s and stumbled on this gem.
Ordering is easy. They have menus on the wall, tv, and a classic menu. We ordered the quesabirria and a veggie burrito. Very fast service. From order to take out, I was gone in less than 15 minutes. For the vegetarians, the rice is made with chicken broth, the beans are vegetarian.
Made with fresh ingredients, I even had cucumber in my burrito which added a mind blowing crunch to it.
Dine in or take out, cash or card, parking lot, serves breakfast too.

Best birria tacos I’ve ever had. Guacamole was also amazing. I will be going back to try more of their food since everything looks amazing. Family owned place…. My kind of place. Give’em a chance if you’re around… you won’t be disappointed!! Service is A+ as well.
I live close-by and this location I recently found satisfies the cravings for authentic tacos. The grilled onions on the plate are a nice touch to the raw onions already in the food. The al pastor and carnitas tacos are 🤤 will definitely go again.
The birria pizza is delicious, filling, and huge! It's basically a huge birria quesadilla, topped with more birria and cheese, plus onions, cilantro, lime, radish, and cucumber. It can easily feed 4-6 people. The birria was super tender. I've also tried the pozole before which was also very tasty. Another bonus is how fast the food is ready. If you're hungry for good Mexican food and quick, this is the spot.

The absolute best authentic quesobirria pizza you could ever want
Recently order food for mother's day on very short notice from el sabor de Guadalajara. Im very thankful that they where able to accept my order. I had lunch with my wife around a month ago and again the food was delicious didn't lack the flavors from my first time here the salsa are bomb full of flavor and picante. Love that they packed a little quesabirria oil and kit. Definitely will be coming back.One of the best birrias I've taste in the bay. 5 stars because the staff was so honderful helpful and understanding.
