Great little book shop. So nice to have one in the village. Have special event days and recently saw the Graffalo there with my daughter. Lovely cozy shop.

Always a friendly welcome. Good suggestions for new books to read and great selection of cards, they are also happy to order in books for you too. So lucky to have this book store in the village. I especially like the book launches they organise yhroughout the year. We enjoyed seeing Ruth Jones and more recently Jodi Piccoult and her new book Mad Honey

Lovely staff. Very welcoming. Great range of books for young and old. If they don't have what you want they will do their very best to find it for you. Not just books. Bought a lovely little candle from their display.

Love it. I am a person that loves browsing in a bookshop, having a chat and also passing this habit to my kids..it is stocked well and if you are looking for a particular title they don't have on display..you can order in (usually next day). They hold a variety of book events, author Meeta, signings, literary festival and competitions for local schools in literary writings.. definitely worth a visit

Super efficient, friendly team.. I ordered a more obscure title from them, and it was available for collection just days later. It’s unlikely that we actually need the immediacy of Amazon. It is certain that we need to support small indie businesses sleeping our high streets alive and paying their taxes (unlike Mr Bezos)

I live in California but I desperately wanted the yellow UK cover of Beautiful World Where Are You. I communicated with Lara on Instagram and was able to purchase the book online, and then sent extras (tote, postcards, pin, AND bookmark!!!) with my order. Thanks so much!!! If I ever visit England I'll have to stop by in person!

A brilliant independent bookshop with sound knowledge. A lovely place to spend an hour or so browsing and a quick and efficient order service. They also put on some brilliant author events. Thank you!

This is a lovely small independent bookshop which I have used alot. They always have books displayed well and I always find a lovely new read. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly. They allow you to order books in and then go to pick them up(usually next day). I reccomend this bookshop to someone on the hunt for a new book. They also often have leaflets for athor meets and other events going on near by or in the book shop itself. Molly
