Pret is a stylish chain and I appreciate it. This one in Manchester plays great music as a bonus to their good food.
My only complaint is that they don't know what green tea is. They're not alone in this. There is a tendency to mix teas so if you order Jasmine tea you get green tea plus a few Jasmine flowers, not as good as a pure cup of Jasmine tea.
At prey I ordered green tea and it tastes of Lemongrass. I rip open the bag and sniff the evidence. Lemongrass dominates.
Why do they do this? I'm sure they're too busy and important to answer this question so I'll give them three stars ad an expression of disapproval.

Good food and coffee here however you can't get a real cup. So everyone gets a single use cup with a single use plastic lid on - pure ecological madness. When is this going to change? Before its all too late?

It's a Pret so you know what you'll get. Decent range of good quality snacks. Being at an airport means queues can sometimes be slow. Fancy coffees etc take time. Staff always friendly, service with a smile. 500ml bottle of water is a bargain compared to some outlets at the airport.

Same quality as any other Pret. And excellent for an airport cafe. Also always clean and tidy, well done staff!

Used this Pret before my flight to Dubai & it is of the standard I expect from this company.
Staff are friendly & efficient. I had a great chat with Sophie who knows several of the staff in Liverpool.
Not impressed by the single use cups.
