Had the most wonderful lunch at this historic hotel and bar. Brilliant service, exquisite food and reasonable price. Great staff as well.
Went for lunch today. Place was busy but we were seated quickly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Chose from the lunch menu, homemade soup and sandwich. Very nice!
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and couldn't recommend it enough. The location is picturesque and typical of a quaint British albeit wealthy countryside village, with a village store, art dealer and plenty of places to have ice-cream! Oh, and of course it has its very own castle nearby too! The h

Lovely little pub clean tidy and well presented. Not cheap but its what you'd expect to pay round here
We booked a room with a large double bed but the bed was honestly a bit small.
