The wife's chips were lukewarm and my curry wasn't pipping hot. We have noticed lately that a lot of your pubs don't serve their food hot and we have sent a few meals back.

Very nice food. The deputy manager I think is (Alan) very warm and friendly thd bar attendants smile when serving you. Derby snd Nottinghsm need to be more customer friendly and put a smile on their faces. This pub is by far the best pub in Ripley.

Only visit now and again too meet up with some friends friendly service good atmosphere and its open till 1145pm 4 a late drink cheers 4 now 👍 Brian

Social alternative to day drinking also since they feed you too makes it much easier to pass out upon arrival at home

The pub was clean and tidy with lots of space. Normall Weatherspoons menu which has plenty of choice including lots of vegetarian options. The food arrived quickly and was well cooked and presented. Staff were really friendly and there is a small carpark at the back.

Popped in for a pint and a snack whilst waiting for a bus. Large pub with tables and chairs inside and out. Good selection of drinks and pub menu but my wife is gluten free and had to trawl through loads of info on a big touch screen to try and find something but she gave up as it was too complicated so just had crisps. Freindly staff and reasonable prices.
