Friendly service. With this layout better signing of the need to select toasties before queuing is needed as new customers hold the queue up while they go back to fetch the their choice of toastie.

Coffee very good staff very stressed and I was unable to hear them clearly due to the covid19 safety barrier and face masks as I rely on lip reading I found the experience lacking in the excellent quality I have experienced in prior visits

It's always lovely to go somewhere warm when it's cold outside, and Costa never disappoints. One warning - don't order the Irish velvet hot chocolate if you don't like coffee. I made a grave error when I visited...

Friendly staff doing a great job, nice and clean and as normal great tasting Coffee. I just love Costa Coffee.

Conveniently placed for a cup of coffee just off Ripon's Market Square. There was a bit of a queue because of Covid distancing, but the staff were frie5and helpful and sanitized the window seats we asked to sit in.

Always get excellent service and the staff are cheerful and friendly. I drink at Costa coffee. The staff is very helpful. Would have no problems recommending this branch. Typical Costa in terms of decor and fayre. Staff very helpful, especially when I managed to leave behind my keys. Fabulous service ice 👍👍👍
