I was served at this restaurant by friendly and patient staff, who already had everything on my order ready so there was no real waiting time! The sausage roll and toffee muffin were delicious, coming in adequate paper packaging that could be recycled. Napkins were a handy free addition from the restaurant, where the lighting was strong and I appreciated seeing the black-and-white framed pictures.

I was Amazed by a lovely Lady that went to the trouble to make me a Tuna crunch baguette when it was so late in the day and the staff were preparing to closeit was Perfecto fresh and yumshus lol ,didn’t think on making a Request for a specific requirement ,it would be met with such a High service,on a different Level.

I want to thank Heather in store. I watched as an elderly gentleman with Dementia came in, she assisted him to sit down and patiently chose with her help what to eat and drink. Even though the shop was full. Well done and thank you.

I went here for a coffee, for this branch of Greggs also features a cafe at the back. There seating area is fairly spartan, with plenty of wooden tables and chairs, but the menu is good value. My large black coffee (actually an americano) was good and hot, but I'm a slow drinker and it was cold by the bottom of the cup; regular next time, I think. Aside from Stray FM playing on the tanoy, is was quite quiet, which I like.
There is a toilet upstairs and four baby-chairs.
