This location routinely makes mistakes on orders. The pizza is miscut, toppings are missing, or orders are otherwise made incorrectly. We compain about half the time, but otherwise just expect sub-par food from this establishment. Most recently there was a live insect in our pizza! A manager offered to refund the order and replace the pizza in question, but it made me sick to see an insect in our food. We took the refund and threw all the food out. We would not recommend ordering from this location and we won't be ordering again. I wish we'd made this decision sooner.
Delivery staff is their only saving grace. Very prompt service and they deliver in rain, sleet, or shine. Could not commend the delivery staff enough. Be sure to tip these fantastic drivers if you do order. Kitchen service leaves very much to be desired.

When we first moved two years ago to Ripon we could not stand the pizza. We gave it a try starting about six months ago and it has been very good. Much much better

Placed an order and it said it was delivered. Took 10 minutes after it said it was delivered on the app for it to actually show up. Once it arrived we found mushrooms on our cheese pizza. Just the complete and utter lack of customer service is a tad ridiculous. The Ripon dominos really has to get it together. They’re lucky we weren’t allergic. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone who is. After inspecting the pizza further, we found onion as well. It just goes to show how careless they are about the food they’re making for customers.

Ordered over the phone. They started it would be 15 minutes for pick up. Arrived and was told pizza broke taking it out of oven. Asked me to park out front and they would bring it out to me. I waited 25 minutes and decided to go in. Pizza was done and sitting on a shelf. There answer wap oh yeah. Terrible service.

The driver, Tony was extremely rude with his responses over the phone. He asked which building and asked where to meet, I told him he could pull into the entrance that way I can meeting for ease of transaction. Before I could say anything else he raised his voice and practically yelled at me saying “why are you being difficult man, I don’t go there I go to the back”. His tone and matter of response made no sense especially considering he asked where to meet after knowing which building. Overall just rude service

Ordered a pizza for pick up after refreshed app 10 times in over 50 minutes did not move?? Called was on hold another 6 minutes before my call was answered?? Guy working gave excuse of a glitch? Said my pizza was sitting for 10 minutes?? Sorry cancelled my order.. Never had that problem at any other locations?? It was my first time at this location should of read reviews before i ordered?? Domino's if the reviews are mostly bad that usually means its management problems!! And when they are bad over a year then customers need to just shake there head and go somewhere else cause obviously things wont change?
