From the moment we walked in we were greeted as family and shown to our lovely table, the food was just gorgeous and the ten of us enjoyed every bite. The staff were amazing attending to our every need and even brought out the cake for my grandsons birthday as we wanted to hide it from him. Went for a lovely meal this evening with family and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We haven't been to Ruchi for quite a while due to the Covid lockdown, but it is still our number one Indian restaurant in Rochdale. Abdul and Petan the staff where very friendly and very accomodating and Abdul even remembered us from recent visits and it was lovely to see him too. Would highly recommend this restaurant the food was delicious and reasonably priced :)

I thought the food was very good here and was on course to give this restaurant a five as the service was also very good. I had a hot spicy chicken ( very tender) lamb and mince dish. My wife, fish balti and my Mum had chicken tikka which was a huge portion. Dad had tandoori chicken which was almost a full chicken. He scoffed the lot disappointingly. Unfortunately marks down following my wife commenting that the decor and toilets were not five star. To be fair the upholstery on my chair was torn. I wouldn't say give this place a miss though because the food and service were first class.

We have never really had a bad meal from here. The onion bhaji is to die for, tonight we tried the chicken pakora aswel. Wow. So nice. Flavoured to perfection. We also tried the shashlick for the 1st time. 1 chicken 1 paneer. Also wow. Never ever stingy on potion sizes, we are taking a doggy bag home which will probably do 2 more meals 😁 very satisfied customers.
