I had exceptional value for money here:: Wiltshire ham, eggs and chips, half portion of chicken wings, and a Brewdog AF beer for £7.65. Pleasant staff and a good atmosphere
Love this gritty but stylish pub - is open planned with several sectioned seating areas... your choice in front of TV to watch the races or by the window and not feel trapped in...
The coffee ☕️ is inexpensive and the food is affordable and tasty... there's always good chatter to listen to.
Well laid out dining area. Usual wetherspoons fayre on offer. Two meals served Mediterranean salad with tuna and mayo plus gourmet tennessee burger chips onion rings. Both good meals. Only criticism that an issues in the area was left to play out and was not challenged by staff.
Quick service, afordable price for a good food.
We had all day brunch and a chicken burger for only 4,81 with soft drink each!

My first visit here. Exceedingly spacious old pub, with great atmosphere. Lots of ingresses but only one you can actually enter. We had beer, blackcurrant and vegan Quorn with curry. You must order at the bar, then return to your table to get your table number. Food and drinks were great, fun times.
Big Big room + beer garden. Old cinema still got a lot of fixtures and fittings. Looks out for the organ and organist. Good service .
Just visited again after a few years away. Nothing much has changed, still a great selection of drinks and good quality freshly cooked food Great pub, great food and huge selection of beers 🍺, lagers, wines 🍷 and spirits. There are meal deals on each day of the week. Pay once and refill your coffee as many times as you want and now there are two self-service coffee machine's where you can choose from decaf, latte and black coffee ☕ etc. Seating outside at the front and back of the building. Try the breakfasts as there is a huge choice of different options. One of the busiest Spoons in the UK
First visit for us n one did complain about the lighting (bit dark for her) had a nice chat with one of the barmaids there.
Just great. Evey time I visit I am mindful of how good the staff are. You can tell they are well trained and enjoy front facing work. Nice atmosphere to boot. There's always a few characters in this place. Love it.
Great place,food good,beer good ,staff just simply fantastic and can't do enough for you.This place is an example of pubs should be run today. So all you pub owners and bar managers go and have a look at how run a proper pub .... thanks to the staff.. highly recommend best pub in Rochdale..Ted
