Frankie & Benny's

Nice place we went for food before the movie at 12 it was very quiet. Place was clean and looking good. Lady serving us was very nice and polite. We ordered Egg Benedict and they arrived pretty quick. They were very tasty and fresh. We had cappuccino coffee as well but i thought it was too small. Didn't ask was there bigger size available. Menu looked interesting with loads of options and reasonably priced

Frankie and Bennys .... once you have been to one you know what you are getting. The service was fast although the staff were very young 16 id say and because of this they would stare at me which i found awkward and the drinks took a ling time. They brought a larger size pizza than i ordered and the staff brought it back to the kitchen but the manager used common sense and explained they would charge for a smaller one which is fair enough we all make mistakes. Prices were reasonable

Husband and I go here every Friday, and our waiter, Benn, this Friday was incredible. He served our table on his first day serving almost a month ago, and his progression is insane... We tested him and tried to make things awkward but he handled them perfectly and earned his £4 tip that we left him. Was very attentive, nice and holds a good conversation when fit. Also seems like a very caring person. Bravo FnB, Sandbrook Park, see you next Friday! 😀

Went for my birthday/Valentine's meal with my wife and granddaughter (She asked to come)... almost immediately upon arriving through the entrance we were greeted by a lovely waiter, Ben (my wife asked for his name) who sat us down with multiple choice of menus, he also even checked if that table was okay for us, he then came back to our table maybe two or three minutes later to take our order... to which the drinks were delivered maybe a minute later by him and everything was correct exactly what we asked for he even went and emptied the glass for me as I didn't want ice with my j2o, and although the meatballs were dry and a little hard he and his other colleague attempted to fix the situation which was perfectly fine with us as they discounted us the meal and served us fresh meatballs. Overall the service was excellent to say the least, he was very polite and made our evening that extra bit enjoyable, and we thank him for that. My wife and I always have and always will recommend this place for family meals, good food and great service.
