Serves delicious food to cater for a range of different tastes. Each serving is always quite filling and tasty. Sometimes it is very busy and so the drive in can be a fair wait to collect food. Sometimes the food arrives and its warn rather than hot down to it being very busy and cooking too much. Good job that I'm a hardcore Mackie fan.

Came here this morning food was OK and good value got Breakfast meal which included a coffee for £3.99 can't complain!

Yet again they can't get a simple order right.
I was made to wait for chicken nuggets for a happy meal. I get home and they haven't even put chicken nuggets in. So my 5 year old has chips. Thats it chips. Thank you so much for making my kids cry.

Absolute dire. Don’t waste your time. Good always comes cold weather it’s in store or through apps they never give the correct items always missing something. Am the milkshakes well they need to give up with them they’re all air and no drink……won’t be calling back to this branch

Slow food. 10 minutes to order at the first window for whatever reason that was needed. 20 to get a single meal that ended up cold when we were third in the que.
Staff were visiting the backroom more than working it seemed.
This single star is generous for the disappointment that visit was. SAD TIMES.

What's not love about a macdonalds. Just called in for a drink through the drive through. Service was good. Drinks were correct. I have to check as sometimes I get a coke when I have ordered zero coke.

The food is always cold and not fresh like its been sat there for while, chips are never cooked always pale and horrible. The sandbrook and kingways restaurants both the food standards have drop and need to review I'm very disappointed with the last 3 or 4 orders I have done. I will be giving both restaurants a miss.

Very unclean. Toilets were filthy.
Staff were so busy with Just eat/online orders that they are not able to give time to the customers within the setting.
I feel both McDonalds in the Rochdale area have gone down hill since the introduction of online ordering.
