Absolutely amazing food! We tried this place for the first by as we were passing by Rochester. I tried the Chicken Tika Noodles and it was absolutely delicious. I will be re-ordering it next time!
I visited on the off chance last night and Mr Ali and everyone at Bengal Brasserie made my evening. The food was as delicious as I remember visiting here in the past and very much wanted to share my experience and to highly recommend anyone who enjoys the finest Indian cuisine to please come and enjoy the experience here. It brings back alot of good memories here to me and how much I enjoy being in real Indian restaurants and soaking up not only the culture and great food but reminding me how restaurants used to be and can still be with the right management and local community support and thinking. At 25 years old it shows how great Bengal Brasserie is. Give these lovely folks a visit you won't be disappointed here.
Amazing cuisine, taste was out of this world, a bit spicy but definitely order again.
Been ordering takeaways from this place for a couple years. Ate in for the first time this week and the food was absolutely delicious. My family will be coming back soon.
First time going there as a friend recommended the place. And boy, he was not wrong! There was a lot to choose with some dishes that I had never heard of before. A worthy recommendation. Staff were also friendly and attentive.
We have been ordering from this restaurant for many years, I usually call up for a delivery and they always know it is me, the delivery is always within the hour and the drivers are all very polite.
This weekend we had a big family gathering and we decided to order, I had told my family how great the food was and the amount of awards they had won for their food. We made a very large order for 15 people and my family were so impressed with everything and said it was the best Indian they had ever eaten. Special recommendations for the chicken jalfrezi, lamb tikka madras and the Bhuna. Would never go anywhere else as this is the best restaurant.
Well I ordered a Chicken Korma, Pillah Rice, Onion Bhagi's & a Peshwari Naan. The whole lot was banging... Top notch. It was still nice and hot when the fella delivered it to my door. And cos I was sat at home watching a film and eating this fantastic food, how could I not give them 5 stars for atmosphere as well... Ha Ha.... No but seriously I ordered it late about 10 mins before they were sue to close and they cooked me.a lovely meal and some friendly fella came and delivered it... I couldn't ask them for more... Amd much better than the Shozna which was still open but it costs a fortune and the food is nowhere near as good as here, in my opinion... I have found my new Indian restaurant that's for sure.... Thanks Bengal Brasserie.... I couldn't fault any if it. Cheers Tubsy.
Lovely food a right little gem of a restaurant. Staff were very nice and made us feel very welcome. Good amount of choice on the menu.
Very well known award-winning restaurant in the area
Usually have takeaways but had a birthday dinner with my family and friends (15 people in total) and they delivered top service and quality food
Thanks Mr Ali and the team, you made the celebration perfect!
Absolute delight.
Food was incredible. Everything cooked to perfection. Seasoned well, beautifully cooked and presented well. The temperature was piping hot. Draught beer always a welcome bonus.
The restaurant itself was cosy, intimate and spotless. Not your usual Asian dine in decor; definitely a more bistro feel.
Friendly, apologetic welcome as we were the only ones on a Saturday evening. (They were rushed off their feet with takeaway though as there was a big football match on).
Apparently Covid has stopped people going out - and I'd agree as we left looking in other places they were quiet too.
