The bacon was overcooked, the hash browns were still frozen in the middle, the toast was cold. They had 'run out of white bread' by lunchtime on a Saturday. The waitress did not speak English very well, and our order was wrong. I'm only giving it 1 star because I have too. If the owner is reading this PLEASE, PLEASE get a chef!

I stumbled upon this endearing little Cafe thanks to train cancellations leading me stranded in quaint Rochester for 2 hours and what a lovely experience I had. I was greeted warmly by the waitress/barista making me feel right at home, had a lovely Latte for a reasonable price and the free customer WiFi has been a major perk. If ever I'm back in Rochester I will definitely pop in for another coffee. Excellent experience and a lovely friendly atmosphere.

Really not worth a visit! You don't think you could do much wrong with a cheese and tomato panini but it was burned on the outside and not melted on the inside, bland and crappy bread and cheese! The Brie and cranberry sandwich was slathered with margarine and was pretty tasteless, too! Table where not clean properly and it was generally grubby!

Worst cafe I've ever been in , looks quirky and cute but service is very bad, asked for standard breakfast and was told that the chef was t good at cooking and advised to get a sandwich , my partner ended up not eating at all as she told my sister there were no breakfasts left at all when other people around us had breakfast and people were getting cooked breakfast paninis. This was very odd. My niece ordered toast which was basically bread on a plate , didn't even look like it had been in the toaster , my sister got a cheese and onion sandwich which had only a tiny scraping of onion. Waitress seemed very stressed kept sighing , appologised but didn't seem genuine. A man walked out saying that they had lost a customer when we were there aswell. Would not recommend

Dirty sticky table, dirty soup spoon, mediocre food. Real shame as it was once a very nice cafe. Much better when it was dot.cafe. Toilets and window sills need a good scrub!

Nice, friendly place. Very accommodating of our newborn. Can be a wait for food when busy but worth it. Definitely going back
