I originally posted a review two years ago and have amended it today. I tried loads of takeaways when I first moved to Hornchurch and this one came out top. Good old traditional Chinese takeaway with fab food.

This is the best Chinese restaurant. My family and I have been going here for over 50 years. For a restaurant to be going this long and maintain excellent service and consistent quality of food is quite an achievement. Highly recommend anyone who enjoy Chinese food to eat here!
I'm a regular customer and the service is always amazing ( they are really friendly) and the food is delicious. When we sometimes decide to eat at home they deliver a takeaway which also has a fast service. Recommend it 10/10
You have got to roder from these guys! Food is always spot on whether you order a takeaway or actually go to the restaurant.
Takeaway - always get what i order even when i make loads of changes and normally turns up earlier than expected

The food here is delicious it does have an eat in but it's not a dress up and go out for an evening meal it's more a cheap and cheerful quick tasty dinner kind of place staff are ģreat very polite and helpful perfect for takeaway or delivery
This is the real deal: awesome food, friendly staff and the biggest menu I've seen any at Chinese restaurant in years. No matter what your taste you'll find something at Moon House.

The food arrived earlier the mixed seafood was amazing in taste but to many bamboo shoots a large portion off mixed sea food scallops unique the beef curry was great not dry but loads of meat not like other chinese all sauce the soup was okay and the plain chowmain was full of flavour will def ord
