We went for a quick family dinner, Chloe served us and Jess cooked our food. I ate here before but I think the kitchen set on fire, and the chicken I ordered wasn't seasoned jerk. I got the chicken platter, my son for the hit chicken burger(can't remember what is called). Their bbq sauce is amazing
Tried both the Breakfast & Daytime Menu (All together 9/10), the food is lovely, decent portion sizes for the most part & the price isn't too bad.
28/05/2023 - After trying the breakfast menu the other day thought I'd try the daytime menu, starters were a decent portion size for the price & tasted
I always use this pub as a stop off when I wait for my dog to be groomed next door. I usually have a meal and soft drink. Food is lovely and reasonably priced. Staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful.
Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in staff are smiling and they greeted us on arrival, beer garden had the sun beaming on it which made the cold pint more enjoyable!!
Choice of food was good and also the prices. Place was clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Will be returning.
Really nice place to have a beer and a steak. I asked for my steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection, beautiful. Compliments to the chef. My mum was really happy with her jacket potatoe. The kids burgers were tasty and great value. Will be visiting again soon.
Staff and pub was nice, there was enough parking spaces and a good atmosphere
Been coming to the Tollgate for a few months now, the staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, a huge well done to all the staff there.. thank you for making me feel so welcomed when I've been in.

Come to the tollgate for a few drinks the atmosphere was amazing,the staff were so friendly and welcoming would recommend to anyone who wants a chilled evening

Plesent place to be and wonderful food and if your passing by or even just looking for something to quench your therst in this hot weather or fill that empty spot of hunger then pop in its worth it
Great pub, friendly atmosphere. Popped in mid afternoon for lunch with my friend, Great selection of cocktails and quick service on the food.
