Ordered a delivery tonight for the first time. They were so delicious and so many options for my partner who is gluten intolerant! Loved that they came in compost able packaging too. 5 stars all round, we'll definitely be ordering again!
Very rarely have takeaway, but popped into the Romford branch the other day and absolutely loved the Original Nugs. Loved the crispness of the outside and tender chicken. So I fancied a takeaway. The delivery process was so much easier than using just eat or other apps. Will definitely order again.
Tasty nuggets and chicken burgers. Delivery is quick and the orders always right. Good choice of flavours. Also they reward their customers if you order direct. Nice.
Just ordered and collected from there during a busy Sat night service. Food (buffalo/parmesan nugs) didn't take long to arrive at all (15 mins?) and it was absolutely delicious. Plump and juicy and nothing like the dry stuff a few others on here have mentioned.
Only tried the chicken so can't comment on anything else they do, but these were seriously delicious and some of the best I've had. The three dips we had were also superb, particularly a lovely fresh marinara.
Perhaps the pricing is a little punchy, yes, but I'd rather pay a little more to support an independent place producing quality product.
Absolutely recommended - but unless you live nearby or can get a seat at one of the three tables outside, it's not a destination restaurant for a lovely sit down meal!
A must try spot in heart of Romford. Quality food and full of flavours, great customer service too.

Nugs contacted me directly & offered to send us the meal that did not arrive free of charge to rectify the issue. We ordered midweek nice & early. Now we've finally tried the food, we can confirm the food is delicious! The nugs came in some tasty different flavours (Korean Tings were our fave) & the tater tots were light n crispy, even after delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5* stars is I'd still be too nervous to order Nugs for delivery when it's busy at the weekend but so glad we've finally tried them!
(ORIGINAL REVIEW) Ordered at 8pm on the 8th April via deliveroo. The order was to be delivered by Nugs directly and our order never came. We called Nugs over 30 times and so did deliveroo but no answer. Received no apology or acknowledgement from Nugs. Wanted to support a local small business but how can we if they can't fulfil a food order or have any form of customer service?! So so disappointed.
Arrived earlier than advertised. I had the Smokey joes which were delicious full of flavour and meaty, I tried the jerk chicken which my wife had ordered but not to my taste.
