Staff are always friendly and helpful. There's many times where, if it's a busy lunch and they've run out of a certain time, the staff can let you know it'll only be 5 minutes wait for more of a popular item to come out the oven: and they always make sure to call you over when said item is ready!
The vegan section is good and changing fairly often.
