Can’t say anything bad about this place, food is amazing, totally recommend the nachos for starters. Steak was cooked how medium rare should be as well. Staff couldn’t be any better, helpful and always smiling. Everyone has their own opinions but my visit was a well deserved 5 stars. Only 4 for the atmosphere as it’s definitely a food pub at the time of day I came but thank you everyone for a good experience, I’ll be back again 👍👍

Great food, people & place! Ignore the bad reviews as they are absolutely rubbish!!! Loved my visit with my family last week! As a guest with an allergen there was great care & considerations taken into account when ordering my food! Loved how hot the food was & the extra chips were amazing! Can’t fault great pub grub after a long day with the little ones at pepper pig world!

Bit of a traders pub being next to the hotel so full of workmen but nice atmosphere and attentive staff. Food felt a little rushed out with my chips looking a little anaemic and the side of Mac and cheese could of done with another two minutes under the grill but as a whole tasted nice and at a reasonable price with a good selection of beers. A quite pleasant experience and would deffo go again...

Stayed at the Premier inn next door for two nights and used the pub Vine inn to have our meals and very happy with the service and food. The pub is separate and not to do with the Premier inn. On arrival we had a cake for my daughters birthday 16.5.22 so I went into the pub and asked a staff member Will if they could hold the cake till our meal on the Monday, he went and asked and said no problem at all. Staff very friendly and welcoming, there is another young lady who I think is a manager with black hair who was also very nice. Food great and very good value for money, good drink selection. Kids loved the little play area out the back. I have to mention the Vimto burger, stunning and would highly recommend this very different burger. Many thanks for everything guys.

Went for breakfast with family prior to going to Paultons Park. My granddaughter Olivia was impressed with one of your female staff (Charlie),who took time out to let Olivia help her with her duties! And on leaving gave Olivia her hand written wage slip and thanks for helping out, along with a token £1 . What a lovely gesture and friendly member of staff. A credit to your company.

Always good value food and drinks, we all enjoyed our huge portion meals. Staff were a bit thin on the ground but it was quiet when we visited so we didn't have to wait too long for service. A special mention to Lisa who was just so smiley and friendly. Her customer service was perfect and she really brightened our day! 😁

A great pub for food and drinks. If you like a full English breakfast to begin your day, you would love the Mega Breakfast but be warned the portion is really mega, enough for two people. Although being part of a chain, the pub retains its local favour and the staff there are very attentive and super friendly.

26/02/23 We have just been invited back for a meal to try & rebuild the poor service we had last time. I must say they really did that. We were greeted by Lisa very polite then our server was Chloe very professional, the food was great, no waiting & everything was cleared away when we finished. I also noticed all empty tables were clean & waiting for the next customers. All in all no complaint's this time at all thank you to all the Vine team Lisa, Chloe & Taylor thank you very much. Our Last visit 12/02/23 Nice meal, but so slow service. No tables are cleared we were there for 2 hours but not one table was cleaned. The waitress walk passed dirty tables empty and not a care in the world. Waited 45 minutes for our sweet waitress and have no manners at all. I asked for a spare bowl & spoon & she just walked off. I had to go into the kitchen & and ask someone else. Disgusting service we had to make room on our table so we could have our sweets.
