Reviews of Orient Express

On Station Road Rotherham. I went to a wedding party at Choudhrys Orient Express. The restaurant is in the old railway station, which I thought was fab. The food was good we had tandoori chicken, a fried spicy fish dish and seek kebabs for starters. All were very decent well flavoured and spiced just right for my taste. The main course was chicken curry lamb curry naan and rice all very good if a little spicy for me. Bit of a wuss when it comes to hot food. But most of the other customers loved the heat of the dishes, many people being regulars. Skipped the deserts on offer as there was a wedding cake. All in all a good time. Had to park outside as the car park was full because of the wedding but hey ho.

A great restaurant that serves authentic food. Great atmosphere, friendly staff great customer service and most important the food was of a high standard and tasted amazing. Highly recommended for all family and celebration meals. They also have a small function hall which is very versatile and can be used for a variety of events. While dining at the restaurant there was a function on and we saw how the staff went above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer. Look forward to dining when we are next in Sheffield.

The food here is excellent - can't put it any plainer than that. Normally I dread eating outside of the M25 but I'm always willing to try to overcome my Londoners fear of fresh air. Choudhrys do all the classics and do them right - no deviations. The downstairs is very nice: dark and spacious and the staff are supremely courteous. One to try

Good food at a good price. Little bit .ore attention needed to the food on the buffet. Few dishes had run out an took a while to refill. The manager is brill puts you at ease an wants you to take your time an eat as much as you can...refreshing for an all you can eat. They usually want you in an out in an hour or less. Would recommend

Absolutely brilliant, no buffet as it was quiet night but still served full buffet to our table, The owners usually come speak to guests at their tables but they were out of town tonight so their oldest son was running the restaurant. Couldn't fault him very pleasant came had a chat with us and our children will defo be back again soon.

was a little put off by some of the other reviews but shouldn't have worried the food came quicker than advised and was 1st class, we ordered the chicken tikka main, chicken dopiaza and the special mixed grill they were all of restaurant quality with fresh ingredients, the lamb was out of this world, will definitely order again
