Went here with friends. We were four adults and four children between 4 & 7. Great food, great atmosphere. Service was slightly slow and had to ask for the kids desserts, but staff were really positive and good with the kids. Would be hair to go back again.

The staff were incredibly friendly! They have a vegan menu with a large range of delicious dishes. The garlic bread pizza is a must try for those who love garlic bread 😋

We've eaten twice over the last couple of weeks at Frankie & Bennys under the Eat out to help out scheme. Both times the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Food and drink orders were taken without unnecessary delays and the food arrived hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean and social distancing was in place. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed meal out.

Frankie and Benny's is always a win, the food options and the cost is always great for a decent evening meal. Every one of them I have been to has always delivered a good solid meal for the price.

Not the same place I've loved for years and years. Menu has changed which is fine you roll with it but you get used to things and I don't feel like there is as much choice anymore. Used to like getting a pitcher cocktail too and they have gone and I can't even get a Godfather in a glass! 😩
Don't do my favourite burger so had to try recreate it but the burgers are still as juicy and the chips are delicious!!

Dinner for 8, for my son's birthday.
Lovely waitress and helpful, but no free dessert for him. Also quite expensive.

Enjoyed my meal as always. No one can't beat their carbonara.

Food as planned 😌, plain and simple. Standard chain restaurant but delivers what you want.

I have a dairy allergy and they’re always really good when catering for my allergy, thank you

Visited the parkgate branch for breakfast and all the staff very amazing!! They were friendly and nothing was too much bother. We got both our drinks and food very promptly and it was all delicious! I had eggs Benedict and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend a frankie and bennies breakfast to someone if they haven’t tried it yet!

Visited the Taplow branch. Absolutely awful service. I told the manager Emmanuel I waited 30mins for drinks and that they arrived when we were half way through 2 of the 3 starters we ordered. His response, "that's impossible because I made them myself!" I asked if he's saying I'm lying. He repeated himself. I politely asked him to remove the starter I never received from my bill so I could pay and leave. The food was ok, nothing special. Really put off by the long wait, awful service and poor attitude of the manager. I will never go back and I have shared this dreadful experience on my page.
To top it off, someone walked by and accidentally knocked a glass from another table. My daughter and I brushed off the splinters that went flying.staff didn't bother to ask if we were ok even though the staff swept glass from under our table.

Skippers Lane, Middlesbrough.
Service passable, luke warm coffees and when complained replaced with wrong coffees, luke warm hot chocolate. Hard and cold potato skin starters, main of chicken pizza looked like it hadn’t had any care put in to making it at all and portion of fries served with the over cooked chicken burger were cold! Even the restaurant itself was cold with all of us who were eating there feeling chilly during the meal. Won’t be going back!

Love the food, as I've been to many including centertainment in Sheffield, Chesterfield etc but this perticular restaurant plays the music way too loud. As you can hear it across parkgate. Then even louder to sing happy birthday. Rather unpleasant to the point I had a headache.

Well, let me begin by saying that the day of me writing this review is Saturday, 15th December 2012. This restaurant has been open for about a month, so not long at all. To put it bluntly, this is the worse Frankie and Benny's restaurant I have ever been to. For starters the building is small and feels claustrophobic but at the same time you feel exposed to those around you, people can easily look over from the nearby tables. You have no privacy what so ever. The tables in this restaurant are in my opinion too small, probably to make up for the small size of the building so they are still able to accommodate for a large number of people.
When we sat down we ordered the food, no problems there. The drinks came fine (But £3.05 for a large glass of coke!), the starter came and that was fine. Then we get onto the main course. That was not so fine. My dad ordered a burger it arrived, cold. Not something that I would expect considering that I have been to many other branches of Frankie and Benny's in the past. The filling in the so called "warm wrap" was fridge cold. The side of chips were merely luke-warm
The ladies toilets were far from acceptable. The first one had excrement on the seat, the second, the seat was loose. As I said, this place has been up for about a month. You would not expect this from such a new establishment. And to top it all off, the music that was playing in the background was far too loud, you are unable to hear people sat across from you. The cherry on the cake of all this, the kids pack didn't have a pencil in it, truly appalling.
