A five guys by another name would smell as sweet... this place is really good, burgers are decent, fries great, the shake was amazing and the halloumi fries were also really good. If you've been to five guys it's like that but with better shakes and fries!
I went today with my nephew's and sister - they got two of our order's wrong but they quickly sorted them out for us. They even gave us a free bag of chip's which they didn't have to do. They are most kindest staff member's and so polite. And the food is fab. We will definitly be back.
Spoke with the most amazing friendly member staff. She was very helpful and bubbly and went way above and beyond the expectations of the usual customer service experience. You can clearly see that the customer experience is as the forefront of her mind in every interaction she has with a customer as while I was eating I witnessed the same great experience being delivered with multiple customers.
