What a rare treat it is to eat in peace and quiet! This is my 2nd visit to this location and both times we were there early. The food is tasty and freshly cooked, and it's such a better value for money than 5 guys.

This place is a hidden gem on the way into Parkgate. Food is prepared fresh in-store daily and the quality of the fries and the burgers really speak for themselves! 100% my favourite food place to take the family for a treat - we all love it!
Had a lovely visit to urban burger in Rotherham today and had amazing service and a great chat with a lovely lady called Emma. She was very welcoming and recommended some great options. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have chatted for hours!

A five guys by another name would smell as sweet... this place is really good, burgers are decent, fries great, the shake was amazing and the halloumi fries were also really good. If you've been to five guys it's like that but with better shakes and fries!
Food didn’t take too long to get made and was hot and obviously made to order. It’s more expensive than other places like McDonald’s but is well worth the price! The lady that took my order, named ellie, was also very friendly and helped me with all my concerns! Would definitely recommend.
First time trying it here and I was pleasantly surprised by the veggie option. It came with two super crispy patties and they were full of flavour. I got it the Urban Way and it was tasty! The chips are a must - so crispy and delicious.
Excellent food and fast service everytime. Staff always willing to help, ordering and customisation is easier than most burger places that tend to over complicate things. Good selection of drinks and these are also bottomless 👍🏻

THAT IS, A TASTEY, BURGER! All freshly made in front of you. Would do really well in somewhere like Meadowhall or a big city. Burgers were amazing, the idea of a sharing chips is great. Only downside was the price of the drinks but the food make up for that!
Really yum burger .. pretty much identical in quality and style five guys but easier on the wallet .
I had a cheese burger with salad ,onions, mayo and ketchup and it was really yummy.
Opted for a large fries not knowing what to expect and they was loads. Next time I will go with small xD

Absolutely amazing food came in with the family and not only were the staff friendly they had options for my son who’s gluten free highly recommend will be coming back. Superb.
Great food at great value. They are extremely generous with their portion sizes, most people will struggle to polish off a large fries after an Urban burger but they're just the right size for when your missus says she's 'not that hungry'.
I also love that when you order multiple burgers, they stick
Lovely little number in the heart of parkgate. Little bit extra in cost but definitely worth it. Matches five guys if not goes above. Staff friendly and helpful and is always clean.
Great burger place, not as many toppings options as Five Guys but the Urban way burger was still delicious and I would definitely revisit. They do a gluten free burger bun as well so I could eat an actual burger with my friends!
Was recommended Urban Burger for a meal and I wasn't disappointed. Burger was very tasty and the chips were really crispy and hot. The staff are friendly and smiling. It was really busy when we arrived. We where served quickly and only waited about 8 mins for our meal.

Delicious and casual dining. Would definitely come again. Veggie option is brilliant add extra jalapeños and have it with BBQ sauce…yummm. Plenty of parking as well it’s in retail park
The manager on shift I think she was called ellie was amazing, had great customer service and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants somewhere to eat.
