Love my local garden centre and at Christmas it just feels magical. They have really nice good quality products and the staff are lovely. The coffee shop is also a lovely little place to sit and relax for some peaceful chat or just alone to gather yourself you will feel much better afterwards. The whole atmosphere is calming
Lovely garden centre with a wide range of gardening stuff, plants, tools, furniture, water fountains and a nice little shop inside. Has a café but unfortunately it is closed due to Covid-19. We go here a lot and plenty of parking spaces. Not the cheapest but it is good quality so worth it.
Lovely garden centre, good choice of products both in garden centre and gift shop. It also has an antiques section good for a browse. The cafe is lovely with freshly prepared food and cakes to die for 😊
So sorry that it is closing.
Always sold good quality goods and the staff very helpful and friendly. Great shame to lose it as the building had great character and the cafe was worth visiting.
Another respected family business that will never be replaced.
A great garden centre with a wide variety of plants of flowers. They have a great Christmas shop for November time and a cafe upstairs which has sent really nice food. They serve freshly.mafe sandwiches and baked potatoes and soup but it's all really nice and fresh.
Good place to get your garden machinery sorted. Nice cafe, with tables on the ground floor, for those who struggle with the stairs. There is an antique section too, great for a browse.

They have a magical selection of Christmas decorations. Some are moderately priced others seem over priced but I wouldn't say that's any different to most garden centres. There's a coffee shop and an antiques centre too. Worth a trip.
At one time Foster's was our only garden centre. It is very popular, not only for plants and garden products of every kind. Lovely food in the upstairs cafe, and it is possible to eat in the ground floor also. Interesting gifts section and also an antique store, also on the upper floor.
Foster's Garden Centre is an excellent little place - and not just for gardening supplies. There's the usual artisanal shop and a very nice café in the rafters of a converted barn. It is a little expensive but the food is delicious.
Only one criticism - There was evidence of a little tension among the café staff on my visit which, whilst not directly impacting on my enjoyment of the food, wasn't as professional as it could have been. That said, the service was very good.
I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're passing.
Nice place for a quiet coffee with friends. It was a little expensive the mediocre food on offer, but pleasant enough.
I'm not a fan of them allowing dogs in an area where people eat though.
