Went for a Sunday carvery, omg it was amazing! A great new touch, honey roasted carrots! I could’ve taken the full pot, Mandy the manager was lovely! Real gem ❤️
I stayed 2 nights here. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I did not use the pub nor the restaurant.
Cannot comment on the rooms as we did not stay. Went for a couple of hours after we had been suit shopping for my son's upcoming wedding. I don't drink alcohol (medical reasons) and was on Diet Coke which came in the traditional coke glass bottle rather than being 'on tap'. We also had food. I had the fish and chips with minted mushy peas. The food came within what I thought was a very reasonable time, it was well cooked and presented, hot and tasted great. No complaints.
