Conveniently located in retail park and open 24 hours a day. Staff were polite and friendly despite looking incredibly busy looking after drive through, in house and online orders. It was really busy when we visited, however food wait times were still impressive. Old favourites and seasonal options are available on the menu. I went for a Spicy Tasty Burger meal off the What's New menu, with a mango Smoothie upgrade.

When it's quiet then restaurant is quick service and hot food. When it's busy, it's frustratingly not fast-food.
Big grievance is when I use the collection bays, most of the time I cannot get parked due to this branch allowing justeat and uber eat drovers to park in these bays when coming in store to collect.
First of all, the kindest managers and employees. We were broken down in their car park and were desperate for a taxi home in Surrey( we are a family of 3 adults and 2 kids under 10 yrs old). They went above and beyond with their service, helped us with finding a taxi (example being ask their personal friends and give great advice) and were fully accommodating. Gave the children some activities to do (iPads were a life saver) and some free food (and offered hot drinks and desserts) after being there for over 6 hours. Honestly, the luckiest breakdown Ive ever had. Can't express my gratitude. 100 / 10 MacDonald's, thank you so much
Ordered on the app and collected through drive thru. We usually have to wait a while at our local as we customise out burgers, however here the food was quick, correct and hot, great service McDonalds Bawtry Road A++
I said it before and I'll say it again this McDonald's is one of the best I've ever visited.
The staff on the front of house are always polite, helpful and extremely friendly.
The speed of service is always fast and I've never had an issue regarding my order!!!
