Much like TKMaxx it's a mix of different products that change nearly every time you go. Found some lovely bits over the years. Cafe is nice albeit the offers aren't brilliant.

Not as big as the Colne branch but we'll stocked none the less. Its well located and easy to get to from the m1. Parking is always easy which is a bonus. The place was reasonably quiet, late Saturday afternoon so looking around was easy
My wife got the things she wanted, which was good, and it didn't take too long so both of us were happy

Love going here as there is always something l want to buy and the bargains on designer brands are amazing.
A nice cup of coffee or snack in the cafe and then you can go back shopping again. 😃🤩

Always clean and tidy. Staff are always helpful to answer any questions. I had assistance in the Clark’s shoe section and the lady was really helpful. I also asked a member of staff in the bedding section if they stocked small single bottoms sheet, they didn’t but she did ask another colleague if they did.

A lovely shopping experience, clean and tidy.
Quiet and calm shopping and plenty to look at from clothes and shoes to homewares and cosmetics.
The cafe is a little gem too with a good choice of sandwiches and snacks. Staff are polite and friendly. A nice day or afternoon out!

There is plenty of space to walk around each section. You can usually find a member of staff for enquiries , and the rails and clothing are marked well. On the down side there isn't a huge range for 16+ as a lot of the franchise's are for smaller sizes. Also I preferred the old cafe as the new one makes you feel as if you are queueing for school lunch .

Bit disappointed not being able to find some light weight loafers that suited me. Ideally one on the right but with velcro or slip on and wide fit. Also there's no foot measuring facilities WOW!

I have to hold my hand up to this one and swallow my pride because I haven't been here for 10 years and the reason why is because it was old fashioned and depressing. However, the face lift and transformation is amazing and a real message to people like me that Boundary Outlet is here to stay and are determined to attract a wider audience from all ages. I tip my hat to them in respect of the great effort they have made to provide a wide variety of different products at very realistic prices.
