My family have been visiting Tylney Hall for many years and we absolutely love it. The staff have always been extremely attentive and caring. It’s a place where you can relax whatever the weather and know you will be looked after. As for their food, we have never had a bad experience and we have had the cream tea, private dining and dinner in the restaurant. Fabulous place and I envisage that we will be using it for many years to come.

beautiful grounds, had some lovely walks with our dog.bowl & a blanket left for him in room along with a welcome pack .breakfast was a complete shambles, long wait for tea , toast came after we had eaten, & didn't even look like it had seen a toaster, scrambled egg looked black & was stuck to the bottom of the bowl.if they re think the breakfast format this hotel would be up there with the best .evening meal on the other hand was superb.:)

Just had an absolutely lovely meal at Tylney Hall. Food, atmosphere and wine list all superb but the real thing I want to praise was the staff. Without exception, every member of staff we interacted with was welcoming, professional and warm, and Damien was especially excellent. He was friendly, funny and a perfect representative for the venue (with beautiful wine pouring skills). I never fault staff when they're busy - working in a restaurant is a fast paced job - but every single staff member here made us feel at ease. The entire meal was unhurried and beautifully presented, and staff were very knowledgeable. We went for a special occasion and it really was. We arrived early so we could tour the grounds first and I would recommend doing this: unfortunately we didn't quite manage to see as much as we might have wanted before our reservation but we'll know to allow more time next time.

Beautiful getaway for two. Breakfast was great (buffet or you can to look at menu - however they don't give it, so you'll have to ask for it). Definitely recommended going for a walk and explore the grounds (check out leaflet at front desk). The rooms had everything you need (clean and everything worked) - Late check out without charge. Drinks at bar were expensive. Spa was honestly amazing, one of the best, felt really relaxed. We could have used the spa facilities, but decided not to. There was a outdoor pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi (small in the inside pool area), steam, sauna, a nail tech and a snooker room. Brilliant time overall. ££££

Stunning house and gardens. Food wasn't great considering the price you pay. Well worth going for a nice pot of tea and a long walk.

This place is gorgeous. I was there for a meeting so can’t comment on food or drink but the grounds alone are reason enough to go. Would certainly like to stay the night on my next visit. There is ample car parking here. Would recommend driving as it is in a rural spot.

Excellent quality food with a menu that matches the splendid wood panelled dining room. It loses a star for attention to detail. A really noisy cutlery draw (that made me jump on more than one occasion) and incorrect drinks orders are silly things that detracted from an otherwise lovely evening.

Nice to go to a place where you should dress for dinner. Food was excellent, I dropped one point on the service because I needed to refill the wine glasses on one occasion. You may think that's picky, but I would have expected it.
