Came here for a Sunday roast on a whim, so glad I did! The best roast potatoes I’ve ever had. Such good value for money, the roast is great. The bar staff are lovely too. Will definitely come back!
We really enjoyed our meal here, was brilliant to have a dedicated sausage, mash, and gravy menu, with loads of options.
Great vibe, one of the best pub meals we’ve ever had.
The pub itself is lovely. The staff were friendly. The menu was 90% sausage and mash, so limited choice. Basic pub food. Maybe pubs don't actually make their own food anymore so perhaps my expectation was too great.
Pre Christmas meal with our granddaughter. Cosy setting and main courses nice. Unfortunately table service was poor and we ran out of time to order desserts. By comparison our lunch on Wednesday was excellent all round.
