Open Art Cafe

My sister and I went here last week, it was good so came back today. It was very busy this time so waited quite a while for our Cappuccinos. I also had a BLT sandwich which comes with side salad. Reasonable price and you can view bits of art and crafts that people have made, and are also for sale. We sat inside today because it was full outside, but nice to sit outside on a sunny day.

Lovely place for coffees, desserts or brunch. Didn’t sample any other meals but the avocado toast was great, oat lattes delicious (although you do have to pay extra for plant milks, blame the government). I think there could be more for vegans but plenty for vegetarians. You’re surrounded by artwork and crafts for sale but not in an overly busy way. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. I look forward to coming back.

We go to the Open Art cafe for lunch or coffee and cake regularly. It's a lovely place, with delicious food and very friendly service. And it's also full of lovely gifts and bits and bobs, so you can do a spot of present shopping while you're there! Also a great spot to catch a bit of sunshine and watch the world go by at lunchtime in the summer, since they have outside tables My favourite lunch is their delicious BLT!
