Went and called in for Sunday lunch today.
Was not a problem,shown to a table. Ordered drinks and mixed roasts.
Wow 5 veg and lovely meats also

What a delightful experience, my friend and I in our 80’s.
Not having much of an appetite we opted for ‘granny’s size’
it was more than enough. The food was excellent also the staff, most accommodating.
We shall definitely return as often as possible.

Best Sunday roast for a long time. Tender meat, plenty of hot fresh veg, and crunchie potatoes. Good size plate, couldn't manage pudding 😉 Honest food. 🙂

Booked for Easter Sunday lunch. Nice atmosphere, nice ales and great roast dinner. Had roast lamb, lots of meat and range of vegetables. Good value and will definitely return. Thank you.

Excellent meal, proper food, veggies cooked to perfection. Best meal we've had out for years. Suet pudding, yum!!! Prices good too and service perfect. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor with fresh flowers. Such a treat, thank you.

We book the New Inn to hold my Mother’s wake, we’d just been let down & they took our booking on short notice. I was very happy with the price & quality of food. I would highly recommend the New Inn. Go for lunch on Wednesday about once per month. mostly have a roast lamb dinner. Plenty of lamb plus 5 vegetables roast and mash, and yorkshire.Very tasty, and a plentiful plateful. Good value. Atmosphere in pub very comfortable, Staff helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend. (Beware, if trying to get in via right hand side door young lady behind bar sometimes forgets to unlock it! (but she is otherwise lovely with it))

Beautiful, cosy, friendly Inn, a must visit if you are on holiday, with dogs very much welcomed too ( in a separate area ). The food is tasty and hot, with a choice of medium or large, and not a very long wait either, you know the food is being cooked well, thanks to them I now love carrots lol ;-)
