Have not been for a while but it's a great restaurant. Great food and service, still has the classic dishes but will have seasonal menus again. Brilliant as this means variety. Had the cheese platter to finish and was blown away by the selection. Well done.
Nice place, good service, friendly staff, obviously expensive.. risotto was bit salty.. love tiramisu here.. tried Rum baba and it was rummy😋

I've only ever had good experiences in Carluccio's, from the breakfasts to the evening meals. Staff are really delightful - always make me feel welcome. Good, solid Italian food - sometimes you just want a good lasagne and it delivers. The Tunbridge Wells branch is objectively one of their strongest
Carluccio's goes through ups and downs in quality of food and presentation. On my last visit the food was good, although the sharing plates have got smaller over the years. The staff are excellent, keep up the good work! ps please bring back wooden boards for sharing platters.
Just came here for lunch with my brother and we both had the swordfish, which was cooked to perfection, along with the green beans and courgettes. So fresh and tasty. Staff service always great and today we had Lukas :) Thank you!
Always busy so you need to book...great atmosphere ..buzzy. Good menu selection and cater well for gluten and dairy free. Reasonably priced. Service can be a little "relaxed", especially when busy..but staff are always great.

Great food with super friendly and efficient staff. A lovely place to have a family meal or a chilled out brunch. They offer a great takeaway deli selection which you can order takeaway picnics from.
The food here is so delicious and the menu is regularly changing, choose from a big main or smaller dishes to pick from, desserts are wonderful and often traditional and the drink selection is great too. I also like the little shop, as you leave you can take something tasty home too.

If I were to rate the man I went on a date with to this restaurant, I would give 1 star.
However, the restaurant gets 5 stars, I wouldn't have got through it were the food not so good, and the staff friendly.
Nice to pop in to the deli as well to take home and make nice Italian food.
The hot chocolate was bitter and dark with frothy milk. Delicious.
I also had a slice of lemon tart that was competent but could have been better.
Overall a pleasant experience.
