Carluccio's - Tunbridge Wells

I've only ever had good experiences in Carluccio's, from the breakfasts to the evening meals. Staff are really delightful - always make me feel welcome. Good, solid Italian food - sometimes you just want a good lasagne and it delivers. The Tunbridge Wells branch is objectively one of their strongest locations in terms of ambiance (I have no idea of the financial performance per cover!).

We were looking for somewhere to eat in Tunbridge Wells, so decided to try Carluccio's. We had booked a table online, but it appeared that it wasn't too busy today. We all ordered starters mains and desserts and enjoyed every course. The service received from staff was brilliant and they were able to suggest an alternative meal when one was unavailable. The food arrived in good time and was well presented. For those wanting pizza, try somewhere else, as this Carluccio's only serves other Italian meals. Next time I am in the area, I would definitely consider coming back to Carluccio's.

Very enjoyable experience. Right next to the station and the car park for Calverley so easy to get to. Great atmosphere and feels very romantic as the lights are slightly dimmed. Food is very good and a decent choice is a available for a reasonable price. Service is also very good and staff are polite and well mannered. There is also a shop at the beginning of the restaurant by the looks of it, which is unusual.

Credit where credit is due!!! I have just got home from an awesome experience with carluccios! I organised a meal for 26 people after our Panto day out! Jon the Manager and his staff was super helpful and attentive the whole way through. All our meals were pre ordered to save on confusion. It felt personal as each waiter was calling our names with hot fresh food. It's not a easy job to keep such a large party of people completely stress free, but the team pulled it off!! I will be booking again next year as everyone loved the food, drinks and staff! Thank you so much. Natalie Mace and Gang!!
