UPDATE: A year since this review and still has the same terrible staff with the same terrible attitude. If you're in Victoria Place, go somewhere else in the food court, failing that go to the KFC in high brooms. The service and attitude is so bad, it's better to go hungry. Can't believe KFC haven't yet taken the franchise off of this owner. I've eaten KFC in countries all over the EU and somehow the Tunbridge Wells branch is by far the worst I have ever been to. Received a £5 voucher from KFC HQ due to how bad the store is, that was a year ago and they've done absolutely nothing to improve the level of service since. Pathetic. An embarrassment to the Colonel. Staff are literally the worst I've ever witnessed.

The worst KFC units that I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The staff take forever to take and fulfill orders, whilst showing a maximum amount of disregard and apathy to the customer. The chicken portion sizes are poor, the chicken itself is exceedingly dry but the chips are soggier than the Amazon. Our Zinger burger came with only lettuce and chicken, and none of the other hallmarks of the burger. Took fifteen minutes to wait in line and place an order, and another five to get the food. I cannot stress enough how poor this KFC was. Avoid at all costs. There are better choices in the same food court.

I'll start off by saying this: the food is average. KFC has really cut its standards over the past few years and evidently the food is more like meat slop than a good meal. Furthermore, you also have to spend insane amounts of money when you could go across the street and get a McDonald's big chicken tasty for a quarter of the price. KFC have slipped down the drain for me.

Tried to order chicken pieces, but hardly anything left but burger patties and wings. That was at 17:20. Turned around trying to figure out other options and then decided to order chicken burgers by which the staff then informed us they have closed up till already!? Closing time states 18:00??? Really appalling as there was still food displayed.

Couldn't agree more with the other 1 star reviews. The staff take too long to serve you, seem rude when they do and typically serve cold food. The place looks unclean as well, but as the foodcourt lacks natural light this might just be the lighting. Either way the experience is terrible considering I am paying them money and I avoid this KFC and go to the one on Dowding way instead

Fast food what a joke, just ordered the dirty Louisiana box meal, waited 10 minutes first they had run out of cheese so the manager went out the. Ack with keys come back with a cut finger, so had to get himself a plaster, then had no hash browns cooked so had to wait for them, shocking service... not impressed.
