It's a Spoons pub, so you know what you're getting.
Nice and clean. Has a good selection of drinks to suit all tastes, food not bad either. I really like their American breakfast. Still reasonably priced, even after the recent price increase.
Only reason I didn't give it five stars was because every time I try to order through the app, it comes up with an error message at payment and won't take my order, so have to go to the bar.

Nice clean, welcoming pub. Had steps to get in which was a little difficult eurgh the pram. Light,bright pub. Food came quickly.

Cheap and cheerful. Visited as we were at the zoo when it started raining heavily. Had fish and chips, which we ordered via the app. It came out promptly and was actually delicious! Staff were friendly.

Stopped to have lunch during a long bike ride. Easy to order via the app get the lunch served outside in the sun. Service was quick, food was tasty, and they had low-alcohol beer too.

Love a Wetherspoon and this is a lovely one... Such a beautiful building inside and out...loved the staircase and the light fitting coming down from the centre, there's also original fireplaces in a few of the rooms... Lots of history

Wonderful service by Kate and her team. Professional, helpful and gave great suggestions on food with attentive detail. Highly recommend :)
We had char grilled half chicken with hot and spicy sauce with chips and apple pie for dessert and a warm cookie dough sandwich. Thanks again!

Managed to get a table for 9 on a Saturday evening without a fuss! Incredible to do so! Rang in advance and got a table kindly reserved.
The staff were super friendly and efficient too, very welcoming and brought the food out pretty fast.
The food portions were very small but the quality was very good. Not bad on pricing too to be fair.
