Long delays on fast food, had to sit upstairs as quite busy. Food eventually brought up, young staff member helpful. Not as good as other McDonald's I've visited. Clean, but looks like it needs a lift and refit. Passable.

First time I've been in for at least a year. (Usually at drive through) Counter staff could not cope with the orders. About fourty delivery drivers on the 25 minute wait. Our order wrong and cold chips. Would have been one star but for the young lady cleaning and tidying who brought us the correct meal and hot chips. But by this time I had ate my burger. Everyone was doing all tasks, some should have been just looking after people who had bothered to turn up.

McDonald's restaurant that hasn't been upgraded for many years. No self service ordering screens. Just 1 till dedicated to customers. Loads of staff that seem to be prioritising Deliveroo and Uber orders. Walk in customers have to wait while the many delivery drivers are served. The wait to get served is too long.
The food is what you would expect.

We now wait so long to order at the counter & for the order to arrive at the table...like so many McDonalds now, their priority is with the Delivery orders! When we do get the order, its incomplete again...they forgot the coke & sauces that were ordered. The new & useless app to collect your free coffee is also not accepted here 👎

Poor experience if you're ordering in person. They are clearly overwhelmed with online orders - no proper infrastructure in place. Delivery drivers take up half the seating space and contributes to the place looking/feeling more like a taxi cab office rather than a Mcdonalds. Wait times have become so long, although staff are friendly.

The queues in here are always so long and the service is drastically slow. The disappointment is significantly amplified when you compare the restaurant with the Junction One Retail Park mcdonalds which is ran so quick and efficiently.

Useless, slow, No leadership what's so ever. Always waiting, doesn't matter what I order from just a shake to a meal, useless Any slower they are going to stop. What a complete shambles, embarrassing really. 🙄🙄🙄🚫

my bestie zack goes there everyday he should seriously be sponsored. he never listens to my advice when i tell him to eat healthy and instead just keeps ordering big macs. but if my girl cant get rid of this obsession he should at least make money out of this. a sponsorship or pr list is honestly fine by me and him, he'll be waiting to receive one thanks
