Very welcoming staff willing to facilitate our wishes when it came to portion size for one of my guests. The food and service were both excellent.
Additionally although bookings for Christmas Day were full they found a place for one more, truly going that extra mile.
I would have no problem recommending the Case to family and friends.

It was our first visit to the Chase and the experience from being greeted by manager to a lovely chat and also all staff were very caring and asked if everything was ok, food was amazing we loved it, manager helped me with drinks because I have a walking stick which was really helpful and kind of him.
Great experience food amazing and staff helpful and welcoming, we will be back ☺️

Watching the 1st World Cup final England have made since 1966 & the chase being busier than I can ever remember in my 35 years of being a regular I cannot praise Steve & his right hand assistant manager Ange enough,inside and out was busier than I’ve ever seen,however if you wanted drinks or food everyone was served with a smile from the whole team,a true asset to the brewery,be assured people in rugeley love this team

I only called in for a quick pint (so I've omitted my various star-ratings except for the"overall" one, and I didn't eat, and there weren't many patrons in to get a representative handle on the "atmosphere") while I was waiting for my pal and I'd reasoned my choice on the other reviews on Google maps and I can only agree with their positive feedback for the Chase. An ample sized car-park behind the pub, and the menu I picked up and perused was versatile, varied reasonably priced and had a good annotation for dietary intolerances/veggie/vegan/etc.

Food always amazing. Service with a smile each time. Could do with a bigger selection of cocktails as each time I’ve been it’s the same ones every time and the tables are always sticky. Other then that it’s wonderful and we come here very often

A great place to meet with friends and family. Lots of TV screens and social events. Food is delicious and staff are very helpful and friendly. The tables and toilets are clean and everything seems generally very well managed.

Great Pub which accommodates to all ages. Very friendly staff. I took my daughter [10 months old] and had forgotten her plastic spoon to feed her. I asked for a tea spoon and the waitress bought out child friendly plastic cutlery 🤩🤩 Thank you Steve and staff 🙌👏👏

Had an enjoyable lunch. One lunch was the wrong item (we go chicken and leek pie instead of steak and ale), but it was managed well and politely by the restaurant. They offered to replace the meal, but we decided to eat it anyway and unprompted they gave us the item for free. Venue has plenty of parking and the service was good. Would visit again,

Had tea before going to watch Madness on the Chase. Steak and salad with a drink good value. Able to leave the car and walk to the venue so really handy for getting away after the show. Definitely use again next time we go to a concert.
