Just wanted to thank the lovely (possible store manager - not sure as name has escaped me) lady who helped me when my daughter became unwell in Morrisons Rugeley last week! Got her a bottle of iced water, reassured her (and me) and took us to the pharmacist for advice as it came on all of a sudden! You are an asset to your team - just wish I could remember your name so I could thank you personally! I hope this gets to her..

Rugeley Morrisons breakfasts are very tasty. My favourite is the ultimate with extra egg and fried bread. I asked for running eggs i got them brilliant. I love the super thick fried bread perfect. The sausages yes you get 3 wow are very tasty and the bacon has its very own sublime flavour, I'd prefer smoked. Now i don't know what all the Morrisons are playing at but the mushrooms and one tomato are soggy and full of water, I'd much prefer proper fried but it seams these are steamed or boiled i really don't like it, hopefully this is noted for the fullest customer experience. Such a shame when all other ingredients are quality, its a big let down I'm certain the Ceo or Management can rectify this. On the other hand the Rugeley staff are totally down to earth funny and always smiling love this, an amazing experience. It does seem Rugeley Morrisons is far more busier than the Lichfield branch that is always empty none customer present isles. Thank you Rugeley for the down to earth people experience fantastic staff. Much better than Lichfield.
The staff are very helpful and friendly in Rugeley wish we had one in Stafford we went in the cafe for lunch and they sang hapoy birthday to my friend she loved it
Well stocked aisles narrow staff polite and frìendly popped in to the new look store wow what a difference full length aisles much wider better freezer section, clothes the main entrance is a lot nicer less cluttered and the whole store is brighter and you've got excellent value for money produce
Love morrisons cus you can get oreos for 75p there
Staff really really try their best, they are under a lot of pressure, a lot of the time, but STILL they take time out and make the effort to help anyone and everyone. If you ask for customer service, they are there within a matter of minutes, and then it appears to be 'All systems go' ' until you are sorted out, they couldn't be more helpful.
My only complaint really is that a few members of the cashiers chew chewing gum. I don't particularly like to see the inside of their mouths as they slop it from side to side!! 😳
Otherwise, no more complaints!!!! A great team. WELL DONE 😁😁😁😁 AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OBJECTIONS TO MY MEDIC DOG, - UNLIKE ANOTHER SUPERMARKET WHICH REFUSED TO CO-OP ERATE..........
