I’m currently sat outside Burger King eating a chimichuri anges beef burger with loaded fries, which is amazing in itself. The man the served me (Gareth Evans) I believe needs credit, he made me smile and showed amazing customer service throughout ordering, paying and bringing our food out. Absolutely lovely chap. I did try to call to speak to his manager but the number on Google doesn’t seem to be working. I hope this gets to him.

For Me this is the best fast food outlet in Rugeley. Food is always cooked well. Service is great. No waiting or getting orders wrong like some others! App is really good value 👏.

What you expect from a Burger King. Went through the drive thru and as something was being made fresh waited in the parking lot. Food was brought out to me, no complaints and great value of using their app. The cheese and bacon fries were surprisingly good for fast food.

I didn't go to Burger King. I went to Subway in the same building. But I have frequented the King in the past and they were just as good as you'd expect from them. Good friendly service. And a great product.

Always great service at this branch of BK. There always seems to be the same pleasant fella serving, I guess he must sleep there! I don't think they've ever got an order wrong, and I usually ask to leave off the sauces on one of the burgers and sometimes add an extra burger patty.
If I dare tried that at McMuppets I'd probably end up with a ketchup & mayo sandwich, and a carrot bag.
It shares space with a Subway, so bonus if some of the diners are not BK fans. But there is an odd shortage of tables for the floor area that is available, maybe this is still a CoViD legacy.

Food was good. Menu was limited but I think it was down to the size of the burger King more than anything. The staff were friendly and polite. Not many seats available so we ate in the car. Was a little cold too with their aircon but didn't detract from the meal

Newly refurbished. Burgers were great and cooked fresh. Service was fast and timely.
If I had one complaint and it's probably more to do with personal taste, but I believe their cooking fat could probaly do with a change.
