Excellent customer service. Busy place as it’s small compared to other outlets. Parking is on high street. There is one paid parking further down the road if high street gets busy during the weekends. The options on the menu were really good. We tried their mushrooms and chicken pizza and must say both were good choices.

Most favourite Place to eat-out. Such a nice and cozy place (Ruislip branch). The staff are very friendly and helpful. And of course the taste of the food is always so great. I have been there for more than 20 times, but never had bad experience there. All the time food and services are so good. And that’s the thing attracts me more this place.

I had my daughters birthday party @ Ruislip on the 27th Oct 23, all the children had special needs and Sonia, our waitress was absolutely amazing with them and their needs. She made the "party" go so easy. She looked after them (& us mums) really well and couldn't do enough for us.

Another excellent meal in the newly refurbished Ruislip branch. Superb food as always. Loved the new comfy leather padded seats. Best of all are the friendly and attentive staff who really make you feel at home. Great atmosphere. Thanks to the whole team.

Loving the new look. Staff all lovely and food always great. Renata our waitress was fabulous as always! One negative don’t like the stripy t shirts the plain black is nicer 😆

Thoroughly enjoyed a meal here after such a long time! I found out in the morning that Pizza Express have launched new items on the menu including pesto and jalapeño dough balls! Dough balls were delicious but they were not my cup of tea! I think I’d stick with the original dough balls! The young Asian waiter who started a couple of days ago is doing really well and he provided us with excellent customer service!

I’ve been going to Pizza Express in Ruislip for many years and the service and food is always exemplary! The staff are wonderful and I’m always greeted and welcomed and given the best service. 7 star in my opinion 🙌🏽💯

Really busy there but the staff were excellent in managing all the in house customers and the very many click and collect ones. So, so busy but I was impressed with the Duty Manager as she kept everything under control, including all the Uber Eats and Deliveroo people who were crowding in the entrance of the restaurant. She maintained a happy and effective team work of her staff. Really impressed! Our Pizzas were divine. Hot and very tasty. Much appreciated.

Love the food at Pizza Express. Went here to have lunch for my niece's birthday. The place was nice and the staff were friendly. The food arrived quickly as well. They do a great 3 course option for kids and they give them a activity book to keep them busy. I had an American Pizza (Pepperoni)
