Excellent customer service. Busy place as it’s small compared to other outlets. Parking is on high street. Such a nice and cozy place (Ruislip branch). The staff are very friendly and helpful. And of course the taste of the food is always so great. I have been there for more than 20 times, but never had bad experience there. All the time food and services are so good. And
I had my daughters birthday party @ Ruislip on the 27th Oct 23, all the children had special needs and Sonia, our waitress was absolutely amazing with them and their needs. She made the "party" go so easy. She looked after them (& us mums) really well and couldn't do enough for us.
Another excellent meal in the newly refurbished Ruislip branch. Superb food as always. Loved the new comfy leather padded seats. Best of all are the friendly and attentive staff who really make you feel at home. Great atmosphere. Thanks to the whole team.

I found out in the morning that Pizza Express have launched new items on the menu including pesto and jalapeño dough balls! Dough balls were delicious but they were not my cup of tea! I think I’d stick with the original dough balls!

I’ve been going to Pizza Express in Ruislip for many years and the service and food is always exemplary! The staff are wonderful and I’m always greeted and welcomed and given the best service. 7 star in my opinion 🙌🏽💯
Really busy there but the staff were excellent in managing all the in house customers and the very many click and collect ones. So, so busy but I was impressed with the Duty Manager as she kept everything under control, including all the Uber Eats and Deliveroo people who were crowding in the entran
Love the food at Pizza Express. Went here to have lunch for my niece's birthday. The place was nice and the staff were friendly. The food arrived quickly as well. They do a great 3 course option for kids and they give them a activity book to keep them busy. I had an American Pizza (Pepperoni)
This is our favourite Pizza express. We always enjoy the atmosphere here as well as the friendly staff. Always reliable as far as food served and happy to find a table on busy days. Enjoy.
Excellent customer service - visited around 6 pm on Saturday - the restaurant was fairly busy but we were sited immediately and had our drinks and food very quickly (I would even say unexpectedly quickly). The food was delicious as it always is at Pizza Express.
Great staff and the food is as good as before, didn't change when comparing to other restaurants of the same chain, good experience.
