Wok Chi

Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Been using Wok Chi for a few years and have never had an issue. Unlike most Chinese takeaway restaurants Wok Chi's food is not to salty and does not leave you dehydrated. As for the delivery issues, stop using third party delivery companies. Wok Chi have their own delivery service and it's free.

Very tasty and fresh food! Average portions. Im local and returning customer. Highly recommended. Im not sure how quickly they deliver as I always order for pick up. A small tip for everyone, order directly from Wok Chi as if you go through Just Eat its much more expensive (roughly £2-3 per dish🤦‍♀️) Also, Google shows wrong opening hours.

Really yummy and decent food for very good value for money. We ordered and had quite a lot of allergies to cater for so knew it would be tricky. Made the order on UberEats and then called the restaurant to go through the order. They advised all was OK. UberEats driver took AGES (was only a 10mins drive but took nearly 40mins). The driver made a poor excuse but didn't matter as its not the restaurants fault. Unfortunately one of the items we had asked to not be included in the food was left in and so one member of our team was unable to eat any of it. Spoke to the takeaway again and they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and caring. They remade a number of dishes and rushed it out to us. This is one of the best Chinese food I have tasted especially for vegetarians. Their service is as good as the food and I cannot recommend them enough.

Used this place for the first time last night. It would have had 5 stars except that they left the bag of food outside the wrong house despite the label being correct and our house being clearly numbered. The delivery person didn’t wait to check that anyone was in, so the food was cold by the time our neighbours found it and brought it to us. I had to reheat everything. Other than that, it was very nice.
