This visit to the Runcorn McDonald’s was more positive than usual. We drove right up and not many cars were waiting meaning they most likely processed orders faster than usual. We were only interested in a few cheeseburgers and fries and we noticed it was cheaper to buy Happy Meals than adult lunches.
Only bad side to that is we failed to realize they don’t add salt to the fries for children so it wasn’t tasty as usual. As you can see the fries are quite soggy but they were hot and that made all the difference.
We paid only a few pounds for the two meals and rushed right off without our drinks. They didn’t try to stop us and would have been nice if they did. Not sure why they wouldn’t. When we realized we didn’t have the drinks, we walked back to retrieve them.
All in all the food was hot and quite tasty. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect cappuccino, no need to add milk as usual. Customised burger, spot on. Decent temperature.
We opted for Click, the drive thru' vehicles extended past the mini roundabout.
Service within five minutes from an extremely cheery young woman.
All in all you made me feel so much better when three and a quarter hours earlier I shed a few tears.

Can occasionally miss items off large orders, but otherwise, very good.
