Ordering was easy through the website. Collected it from the store 15 mins later. Pizza was hot and tasted great. The pizzas are a lot less greasy than dominos and the base is significantly tastier.
Guys serving were polite and quick.

Ordered over the phone because the website was off its head. It was instantly noticed that the staff on the phone was new and young but still very polite and we got there in the end.
The food was nice and hot and arrived within 30 mins.
Although I liked it I still feel its fell short of its reputation. I guess it will improve over the next few weeks.
Placed and order and received a phone call shortly after to explain that there would be a little bit of a wait for my delivery. Manager was very polite and apologetic and told me that he would make sure that my pizza was fresh and hot when delivered. I appreciated being told rather than left to wait without knowing.

Never once had an issue with the delivery it's always fast, the food quality has always been perfect but I rated it 4 stars and not 5 because the chocolate on the deserts has changed there's just something not right, I always order 1-2 deserts and every time a chocolate pizza but the last 2 times I've ordered them something tastes off, it tastes a bit like poison... like someone's cleaned the oven and then cooked straight afterwards.
So get the deserts sorted out and it's a 5 star for me, oh and the offers are superb
Website is woeful and from what I can see, extremely buggy.
The staff on the other hand are good and appear very willing to help. I ordered 2 Large pizzas, 1 Drench & 1 Mountain Dew. I got 1 pizza and a Pepsi which was resolved over the phone very quickly by the manager.
Nice friendly staff and the pizza was delicious. Unfortunately they ran out of the new desserts to try but bodily they will have them next time
Had a change from donimos. Got the BBQ Chicken classic XXL. It was massive! Had loads of chicken on it and was loaded with cheese. Well worth a tenner. Will be sticking with papa John's from now on.

Saw a lot of negative reviews but i thought it was lovely. Website easy to use, more variety compared to dominos. Food was hot, delicious and fast delivery. So happy Papa Johns came to runcorn!
Lovely pizza , couldn't possibly be any better , as I've been a fair few pizza places over the years this one is by far one of the best places to go to throughly enjoyed 😁
